Warren is a 5th year medical student at the University of Oxford. He achieved A*s in A-level Maths, Physics, Chemistry and EPQ. He scored in the 97th percentile in the UCAT and has over 500 hours of tutoring experience. Warren has seen students go on to receive offers from various medical schools, including Cambridge, offering support at every stage of the process. He is keen to get students talking and actively engaged in sessions to make the most of their time.
Joel is a 5th year medical student at the University of Oxford. After receiving a 1st Class Honours mark in his first Bachelor’s degree from Oxford, he is continuing the pursuit of becoming a doctor over the next couple of years. Joel achieved 3A*s in A-level Maths, Biology and Chemistry Joel has several years of experience tutoring GCSEs and A-levels, alongside multiple successful Oxbridge applications for Medicine and Biomedical sciences. Outside of studying, Joel is also the captain of the Oxford University American Football team and the recipient of both academic and athletic scholarships from Oxford University.
Nicholas graduated with an integrated Master's degree from the University of Oxford, where he specialised in machine learning at the Oxford-Man Institute of Quantitative finance, with his thesis ranking among the highest in the year. He studied Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Economics at A-level, achieving A*A*A*A.
Nicholas tailors his lessons to address each student's strengths and weakness, providing comprehensive solutions. In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis and football.
Edwin is a 5th year medical student at the University of Cambridge. He achieved 10A* at GCSE and 3A* at A level, along with full marks in his EPQ. Edwin has 6 years of tutoring experience in Biology, Chemistry and Physics. Having scored in the top 2% on UCAT, he also offers support for university admissions tests, interviews and personal statements. Lessons are engaging and personalised to the student, incorporating techniques such as active recall and spaced repetition to improve retention of material. Outside of academics, he enjoys basketball and running.
Sasha is studying Graduate-Entry Medicine at Magdalen College, Oxford, and has recently received a merit for her clinical exam performance. She previously studied BSc Biomedical Sciences at the University of Manchester and graduated with a First Class degree. She studied A-level Chemistry, Physics and Spanish and received a performance prize for her exams.
Sasha began tutoring during her undergraduate degree after becoming a volunteer tutor following the widespread school closures of the COVID-19 pandemic. She enjoyed the role so much that I decided to pursue permanent tutoring work alongside my volunteering. She is a welcome and warm tutor who prioritises forming a friendly professional relationship with students, enabling them to feel at ease and get the most out of sessions.
Mina is a 5th year medical student at the University of Oxford. At A level, she studied Maths, Chemistry, History, Japanese, Biology and an EPQ (A*, A*, A*, A*, A, A), so she appreciates the challenges that come with revising for and sitting exams. She has over 250 hours worth of tutoring experience helping students prepare for the UCAT and BMAT, personal statements, and interviews (both Oxbridge panel style and MMI). Through first hand experience of applying to medical school, interviewing at four different universities, paired with tutoring others, she has developed an in-depth knowledge of the process which she’s keen to share with others and make the process feel less intimidating than it first appears.
